Luckily, I’ve got the perfect solution in the form of these delicious Salty Sweet Energy Bites I packed along for the ride. With a mix of smoky, salty roasted almonds, creamy almond butter, sweet honey, and tropical coconut, these little bites pack a flavor punch that’s sure to satisfy every taste bud.

Salty Sweet Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- ⅔ cup coconut flakes toasted
- ⅔ cup roughly chopped almonds roasted and salted
- ½ cup organic almond butter
- ½ cup ground flaxseed
- ⅓ cup honey or agave nectar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt fine
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir all of the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into balls of whatever size you would like. (Mine are usually about 1-inch in diameter.)
